Instagram is my creative outlet and something I love being a part of everyday. The best thing about the app is photos and editing photos. In all honesty, editing photos is my favorite part of the whole thing (or writing captions because that is also a good time). With my Instagram feed, I always try to keep things consistent to one theme and filter. Not only does it keep things fresh and clean but it also makes your feed look inviting.
Here is what my feed looks like right now:
With that being said, many people have asked what apps I use for my feed and your questions are about to be answered. There are several editing apps out there but these are my favorite that I use on a regular basis.
A COLOR STORY:
This app comes with over 400 filters, over 100 effects, and over 20 tools for editing. They have all these features set up for you, so you don’t have to create anything. It’s simple, easy, and the best part is that it’s FREE (with an option to purchase individual premium filters for cheap). This app is perfect for you if you want to have fresh, colorful photos.

If you are more of a Photoshop type person, Lightroom is for you. You have options to create your own filters, change lighting in photos, and edit to your hearts content. This app is best for those who know how to edit well and understand adobe and Photoshop.

Afterlight offers quick and straightforward editing that can be done in a matter of minutes. Adjust lighting, choose over 60 filters for your photos, and use their great adjustment tools for lighting, color, and more. It’s one of my favorite apps and I think you’ll enjoy it too.

If you love vintage photos, this app is for you. All their ready-to-use filters have a vintage quality to them and make your photos look nice and crisp all at the same time. The app has over 67 filters to choose from and they all have a retro style feel that I know you will love. If you want your feed to look retro or from an old timey film, this app is a must have.
